We had previously been using a different collection company and when we switched billing companies over to Medinet our collections immediately increased with no change in production.

 

Any questions or concerns that arise are immediately addressed by our billing associate Kristy and/or the owner Terri.  Jay, the IT expert has helped us numerous times with our computer issues.

 

All the employees have been friendly and knowledgeable with their work.
